&lt;li&gt;Has thorough working knowledge, understanding of and support for the content of the AOA Policy Manual and AOA Employee Handbook.

&lt;P&gt;PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

&lt;li&gt;Bachelor’s degree in Business &lt;li&gt;Administration or Accounting.
&lt;li&gt;Five years operational management experience exclusive of accounting.

&lt;li&gt;To insure the information flow between departments is done in a manner that  insures a salable product that is executed as planned.

&lt;li&gt;To monitor the stations and maintain format integrity at all times.
&lt;li&gt;To co-ordinate with members of the staff  and department heads to develop a salable and creative product.
&lt;li&gt;To provide information regarding on air and promotional events to the management in timely fashion and make this available for the sales department so that it can be presented to clients.
&lt;li&gt;To act as an arbitrator and final decision maker in all personnel, inter departmental and other conflicts which may present itself.
