  • Work with on-air talent, content producers and the production team to deliver a superior product
  • Edit reporter scripts
  • Ensure copy is written conversationally
  • Work with Assignment Desk and enterprise story ideas
  • Assist News Director in critiquing daily broadcasts
  • Monitor content being placed on the web and come up with creative ways to engage the audience
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: BA/BS Degree with a minimum of 5 year news producing experience. Top-10 market preferred.

  • Requires demonstrable knowledge of sales, research and agency operations to train, motivate, direct and evaluate the performance of rep firm staff. Requires a thorough knowledge of the ratings and strategies of each station and competing rep firms in the national markets.

    New Media Digital Client Services Coordinator

    Person needed to assist in digital marketing customer fulfillment by providing support to local clients. The Client Services team is responsible for executing digital marketing services such as website design, social media management, reputation management, and certain PPC and display campaigns. The Client Services Coordinator will guide processes, coordinate digital specialists contributing to campaigns and projects, and directly fulfill certain services. The coordinator will communicate with internal Account Executives, Digital Strategists and Specialists, as well as work directly with clients. Daily tasks include managing reputation and social media campaigns, updating status reports for clients, receiving creative changes from clients, communicating needs to vendors, troubleshooting technical issues, and training clients on interface functionality.

    Must have strong communication skills, experience in a work environment communicating directly with clients, as well as a desire to learn and contribute to a growing team. Must be detail oriented, analytical, creative, and able to think of new ways to solve problems. Experience in the field of digital marketing is a plus. Reports to the Digital Client Services Manager.     Position Summary: An Account Executive is responsible for maintaining and growing an active account list with the purpose of giving the client unparalleled customer service and maximum revenue generation for the client and the station.
