New Media SMB Client Services Manager
Person needed to assist in digital marketing customer fulfillment by providing support to small business clients. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for organizing, monitoring, and managing digital marketing contracts as well as maintaining and growing client relationships, and managing client expectations. Daily tasks include updating status reports for clients, receiving creative changes from clients, relaying those changes to creative staff and supervising the accounts finances. Other duties, as assigned, may include communicating needs to vendors, troubleshooting technical issues, reviewing recommendations and creative proofs with client, training clients on interface functionality.
Attention to detail and time management skills are a must; experience in the field of digital marketing a plus. The successful candidate should have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within digital marketing field. This individual relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job; relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and flexibility is expected. Also important are curiosity and an interest in keep up with new technologies and trends and how they affect a clients business. Strong oral, written and visual presentation skills are required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. A valid drivers license with clean driving record and a pre-employment drug screening are required.
