Were searching for a creative, passionate and self-motivated leader for Divisional Director of Sales. The ideal candidate will have five years media sales experience, with a minimum of two years in a management role. We want a candidate with experience at building local revenue programs, knowledge of ad agency and direct sales strategies and tactics, expert knowledge of all facets of advertising including digital sales and marketing and strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills. Travel is up to 50% of the time, as necessary, to assist in covering vacancies and for training, to conduct bi-monthly division level sales meetings, rollout of sales initiatives etc with the goal of being in every market at least three business days per quarter.
