Person needed to support Sales department on a local and national basis. This individual will work with Account Executives to prepare reports and presentations; do order entry and various other tasks including local travel in company vehicle running errands; will have interaction with local clients, national and local agencies, and the national rep firm. The Sales Assistant will be required to provide periodic coverage of the front reception area which requires interacting with listeners and other duties as assigned. Will also assist the Management Team with administrative duties.
The successful candidate must possess outstanding computer skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high volume, time sensitive environment and have the ability to meet deadlines. Attention to detail a must. A college degree or equivalent experience is preferred. A valid drivers license with good driving record and a pre-employment drug screening are required.
