New Media Digital Client Services Coordinator
Person needed to assist in digital marketing customer fulfillment by providing support to local clients. The Client Services team is responsible for executing digital marketing services such as website design, social media management, reputation management, and certain PPC and display campaigns. The Client Services Coordinator will guide processes, coordinate digital specialists contributing to campaigns and projects, and directly fulfill certain services. The coordinator will communicate with internal Account Executives, Digital Strategists and Specialists, as well as work directly with clients. Daily tasks include managing reputation and social media campaigns, updating status reports for clients, receiving creative changes from clients, communicating needs to vendors, troubleshooting technical issues, and training clients on interface functionality.
Must have strong communication skills, experience in a work environment communicating directly with clients, as well as a desire to learn and contribute to a growing team. Must be detail oriented, analytical, creative, and able to think of new ways to solve problems. Experience in the field of digital marketing is a plus. Reports to the Digital Client Services Manager. A valid driver's license with clean driving record and a pre-employment drug screening are required.
