More information: www.medcenterdisplay.com POSITION PROFILE: MedCenter Display is seeking four Director of Digital Marketing Solutions experts who will be responsible for adding new hospitals into the MedCenter Display network in the West, Northeast, Southeast and Central regions. These positions require direct experience positioning the marketing, media and promotional value to hospital Marketing Directors and senior management. The Director of Digital Marketing Solutions will have a proven track record of building, growing and managing a large account list of 100+ accounts. The right candidate is prepared to achieve a sign-up rate of 5-10 hospitals per month. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: <li>Achieve monthly, annual new site contracting, growth targets for MCD's ad-supported hospital Network. <li>Achieve service revenue targets for digital network & creative services in current and new MCD Hospital, customer sites. <li>Develop and maintain the relationship with the account <li>Strategize and present options for upsell, renewal and new product opportunities <li>Partner and strategize with the MCD Ad Sales team to help ensure revenue targets are met for ad supported screens. QUALIFICATIONS: <li>Possess an understanding of the patient, physician, community marketing & communication challenges facing U.S. hospitals and the ability to convert those challenges into new sites for MCD <li>Proven track record of success in the media industry, minimum of 3 years <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills <li>Interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management and customers <li>Must be creative, smart, and passionate, as well as a problem solver and a team player <li>Demonstrated enthusiasm, an entrepreneurial spirit, and high degree of ownership and accountability for achieving sales results <li>Ability to quickly learn new information and adapt to a rapidly growing business <li>Entrepreneurial spirit driven to achieve sales goals <li>Comfortable working in a virtual environment <li>Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize market opportunities in order to optimize daily sales productivity <li>Digitally savvy; strong proficiency with MS Office and the Internet as a research and sales tool <li>Ability to travel 50% overnight throughout the year <li>Virtual work environment with access to major airports.
