We are looking for a General Sales Manager to grow and lead our team of sellers in Northeastern Pennsylvania.

GEOS Communications is a company which has purchased and built great radio stations over the past 14 years in highly competitive markets in Northeastern Pennsylvania.

We have a station in Bradford and Sullivan counties and a station in the greater Scranton/Wilkes-Barre/Hazleton areas as well. So often we hear about how the ‘C’ (and other big conglomerate) media companies are hard to work for, have no dedication to the people who’ve made their stations great, made radio in general great and who are more concerned with churning every dollar out of their employees and advertisers for short term profit, rather than developing long term strategies which work for employees and advertisers alike. If you find yourself making those very observations, why not consider working for a company who didn’t make the mistake of running up in excess of 2 billion dollars in debt, and which is owned by radio people?

Our General Sales Manager will be a motivator, trainer and also a seller. Our General Sales Manager must, and I repeat, MUST live and breathe the on-line account management system we use and use it to manage himself/herself as well. Our General Sales Manager must be a part of at least one local organization and attend meetings every week.....becoming part of the community which we serve.

Account Executive is responsible for working with direct sales clients and advertising agencies to execute successful sales promotions, branding and marketing campaigns and advertising results for advertisers.


  • Expand local sales by bringing new advertisers to the station, generating new leads and selling non-traditional and digital advertising
  • Establish and develop client partnerships

    As a Regional Account Director (RAD), you’ll promote a high visibility for NCM in the regional ad community by identifying and sourcing clients, maintaining existing accounts, and presenting the advantages of in-theater advertising vs. other media formats. You’ll also receive the training and support you’ll need to grow as an employee and increase your earnings. RADs will have the option to select from one of two compensation plans. Both plans offer a base salary in the $30s, allowing for tremendous potential commissions, which are paid out regularly. On average, RADs make over $100K annually.
