Track and analyze all revenue opportunities related to program time and remnant spot.
Consult with individual field operations to maximize their revenue in the (PT/RS) category.
Coordinate efforts to bill, collect and apply revenue to field operations.
Coordinate direct client and advertising partner negotiations with corporate sales and our local markets as required.
Coordinate fulfillment of client advertising orders including, changing ad copy, solving problems, and monitoring quality.
Prepares regular sales, and sales activity reports using software designed for that purpose, e.g., Oracle on Demand, AvailPro, etc.
Works with clients to obtain payments and minimize bad debt.
Perform other duties in pursuit of market, department and companywide objectives as assigned by the supervising manager.
Take full advantage of Cox training tools and techniques, job aides in order to grow and develop professionally.
